Setting out on the journey
Sometimes we feel lost, overwhelmed, or overcome by our emotions. In such phases, it can be helpful to seek support. For many people, the decision to begin psychotherapy is not an easy one.
«If longing becomes grater than fear, courage is born. Without longing, we do not set out on the journey.»
- Rainer Maria Rilke

Couple counseling
Working together to grow together
In couples counseling, we explore the resources you have as a couple and how to activate them to resolve conflicts and patterns that are causing stress in your relationship. A key focus is on strengthening communication—truly speaking and listening to each other—around the topics that matter most to you.
A session duration of 75–100 minutes is recommended for couples counseling.

Creating Psychotherapy
together
Even though there are specific therapeutic approaches and treatment manuals that guide my work, psychotherapy is always an individual process. During therapy, we may, for example, work on:
- Exploring the underlying causes of problems in more depth
- Trying out new perspectives on challenges
- Overcoming fears
- Learning to regulate difficult emotions
- Learning new ways of thinking
- Replacing old, unhelpful patterns with more constructive ones
- Practicing mindfulness exercises
- Experimenting with new habits
- Activating sources of strength and personal resources
